Different kind of homeless story

We've all written extensively about the homeless, but Observer reporter Fred Kelly and photographer Dana Romanoff picked up on an angle I've not seen before. "Secret shelters" might also be something to check out in your area. Same as here, you may have unofficial shelters, run by caring people, who nevertheless are worrying fire marshals, health inspectors and others who don't have these places on their radar.
